Palletizing robots

The Bosso robotized palletizing systems are perfect for the end of the line of voluminous or heavy packs. These systems can, once programmed, have boxes, bags, boxes and other finished and already boxed products on pallets, with speed and precision. This robot is useful both to eliminate slowdowns from blocking at the end of the line, due to the accumulation of products, processed not yet stored, and to reduce fatigue and repetitiveness in the operations of the human component.

Bosso has created this system for the composition and automatic nailing of pallets. The system is capable of making 10 pallets in 15 minutes with a single operator.

Not just construction but repair as well.

Repair is an operation that requires the manipulation of pallets by different operators, to find leaks, to repair them and above all, to stack the finished pallets and allow for sorting.

The study of the operations to be carried out during these phases has made it possible to develop a system that allows the robotic sorting of the pallets to be placed, the reduction of the physical effort of the human component, the increase in the number of pallets placed per hour and obviously , a decrease in management costs.

The system (a work cell with multiple loading and unloading lines) has been designed to allow you to sort and repair pallets of different sizes and dimensions.
